Mike Ray is a man of many talents and gifts.  Actor, Comedian, Radio Talk Show Host, Voice-Over Artist and Acting Coach.  He’s a natural Master of The Arts.

As an actor and voiceover artist, Mike Ray has portrayed many roles that give him the ability to draw you completely into his world; captivating you with his passion, emotion, and feeling. His experience in film, theater, and commercials has allowed him to hone his craft and perfect it-- inside and out. Mike even made a recent debut on Tyler Perry’s hit show, “House Of Payne” this past year with a principal role. Ray has voiced regional and national television commercials and radio advertisements for such companies as Glory Foods, Mini Cooper, Nationwide, Publix, Catered Cakes, Journey Inc, and IBM, just to name a few. He knows the techniques, placement, timing, and exactly how to give you what you need.

As the comedian, Ray will blow your mind and split your sides with his quick wit, humor, and numerous character imitations. Mike’s love for comedy and the stage have cruised him through many comedy clubs in his career, including The Fun House, The Pavilion, The Comedy Zone, A Comic Café, Comedy Act Theater, Nashville Network, The Punch Line, and many more.

Mike Ray also took the world by storm hosting Powertalkfm.  As CEO & Radio Personality on the internet airwaves, for 6 years he utilized his show as a platform to communicate with and change the lives of people all over the world.  Stimulating their minds with comedy, news stories, and real life issues, the show reached thousands on a global level, and focused on empowering minds and inspiring hearts. Some of his highly stimulating and enlightening topics on his segment ” He Said, She Said” included financial rehabilitation, sex, marriage, divorce, child support, single parents, the justice system, and much more.  Always leaving listeners anxiously awaiting the next show.

With his past experience and knowledge of Acting and Voice-overs, Ray decided to begin teaching and coaching Actors and Voice-over talent, holding classes at his studio in Stone Mountain, GA. Mike Ray Studios is your one-stop shop for learning the ropes of Voice-over, Acting and the Entertainment Business. Ray teaches everything from Improv, voice articulation, phrasing and pacing, to recording your own voiceover demo, and further offers private coaching sessions for intensive study.
